Plenty of lounge chairs are available in the spring & summer months to lay down and relax near the heated pool (open May 1 - Oct 1).

The home offers a total of approximately 3,000 square feet of space between the main floor & finished basement. The home includes:
• Heated Pool (open May 1- Oct 1)
• 6 Bedrooms [1 king & 4 Queen & 1 double Bed]
• 3 Baths [2 on the main floor, 1 in the basement]
• 1 Fully equipped kitchens
• Large Dining Table
• Game room with Foosball and board games
• Laundry

MAIN FLOOR
The main floor features 4 bedrooms, living/dining room, 2 renovated bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and game room.
BASEMENT
The full renovated basement has 2 bedrooms, 1 renovated bathroom, second fully equipped kitchen and second living room.
Lake Ontario is located just down the street within 5 minutes by foot. There is a beach and large playground. There are also beautiful trails along the ravine that connects to our backyard.
LOCATION:
• Port Credit Lighthouse - 5 minutes by car/taxi
• Beach on Lake Ontario - 5 minutes by foot
• Pearson Airport - 20 minutes by car/taxi
• Downtown Toronto - 30 minutes by car/taxi
• Niagara Falls - 60 Minutes by car
POOL DETAILS:
The pool is heated to 82 °F. Unlike many other properties, we do NOT charge to heat the pool. This is included in the rental rate.
**The Pool is cleaned precisely every Monday or Tuesday & Friday by a pool cleaning service.**
POOL RULES:
• Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times when inside or near the pool.
• The pool mechanical room is off limits
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have full and private access to this resort style home
HOUSE RULES:

We do not ask our guests to clean and do not have a chore list.
To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors and community, you must agree to the following house rules. The below rules also help to ensure a clean home for all future guests to enjoy.
• Absolutely no parties or events.
• Max capacity is 10 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 10 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking.
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind.
• Must be 25+ years of age to book.
• No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.
• No pets.

Couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Sean's awesome place. Everything was as advertised in the pictures, in fact better than the pictures. Clean, modern and location was awesome as we could walk to the lake and shops were a 5 min drive. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Property was beautiful and very clean. The heated pool was very cold and the fire alarms continuously whent off. The owner was super responsive but unfortunately they issues brought the stay down
