The house was extremely clean and maintained and was very spacious. Was on a nice quiet block with plenty of parking. To top it off host was very nice and helpful and quickly answered everything that was asked promptly

We are an event company that travels all across the nation setting up tents for music festivals. We frequent AC beach several times a year. This is our first time saying in this house. Great experience and location to the job site on the beach.
