LUXURY getaway in AC. Newly renovated June 2021.

This house is wonderful, very spacious, so many power outlets, great floor plan, convenient distance from various delightful local activities, corner store 5 minute walk away. For THE MOST PART, very clean as well. issues: Firstly, the property manager should check INSIDE cabinets when clearning, because we found the previous inhabitants' leftover popeyes chicken in there. Secondly, the driveway is very steep coming off the road, and the owner should invest in some repaving. Any low riding vehicle WILL scrape their bumper leaving that driveway. You can barely even angle the exit if at all to avoid this. When I tried to, I almost got stuck on the curb. I know part of this might be my fault, but I know for a fact that driveway is a doozy to exit. Great that it fits 4 or 5 cars so easily, but the edge of it against the street needs love. Thirdly, the water pressure in the downstairs bathroom's shower kind of sucks. Overall: I'd say if you have the money to spare and want a sure thing for a nice spacious place that can serve a large group, go for it. That being said, I'd say it's somewhat more expensive than the experience justified for me. Wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it but wouldn't recommend against it either. If you choose this place, I think there's a solid chance you'll enjoy your stay. Positive memory.

House was clean and decorated very nicely, many large rooms with lots of space. Niveah was responsive when I messaged her, and check-in and check-out was very simple. Didn’t have any issues!

We had friends in from out of town and this was a great place to enjoy our time in AC. Very clean and comfy. Niveah was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

Property is new and very clean and communication with owner has been fantastic. Lots of space to relax and enjoy, close to city, beach and convention center.
