Villa Marica is a bright and sunny apartment located in the center of Positano. It sleeps five people. From Villa Marica you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of Positano. Villa Marica is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Positano, a few steps from restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 200 meters (660 feet).
You will reach Villa Marica from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Marica. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, for a fee, inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Terrace
The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch and by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of Positano.
Living Room
The living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are bright and cheerful, and include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through a French door. The room has a arched window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen has a high window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room and from the corridor. The furnishings are classic. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the terrace, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has no windows. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
