Joy's Melissa House

Beautiful House and even better host with excellent communication. Any questions we had was answered within 15 minutes or so.. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which our kids loved. The kitchen was very open and bright with lots of storage. Our teens loved the chess board. Definitely would recommend!

Great place to stay for a nearby baseball tournament. I booked thinking I might split with another family but glad I didn't. It was very peaceful and very, very convenient for Ford complex tournament. Two rooms have full-size beds; the 3rd room looked like a twin, I guess, folded out to a full as well. No hair dryer.

Our boys had a wonderful time enjoying the outdoor activities. The place was spacious and everything was super clean.

Clean, modern and HUGE kitchen that is VERY well lit. Very conducive to a large party cooking meals here. Stove top is conductive only yet oddly there were a mix of both conductive and non-conductive pans available (obviously, we could only use the conductive pans). Drawers and cabinets have no pulls or handles, so getting some of them open was difficult and always required two hands. We ended up leaving the trash bin drawer slightly open so we didn't have to struggle with this repeatedly. The property offers three bed rooms each with their own full bath, plus a 1/2 bath on the main floor. Close to venues and attractions in Melissa, TX. Will definitely choose this property again.
