Pet Friendly with a $75 pet fee. Featuring expansive windows, the open floor plan flows from the large, well-appointed kitchen, through the dining area to the living room with wood burning fireplace, and large screen Smart TV. With a primary ensuite, a second bedroom, a full hallway bath, and a high-quality sofa sleeper, this sought after vacation rental comfortably sleeps 6. Each bedroom has a queen bed and Smart TV. Relax on the spacious back patio with a picnic table and Gas BBQ, or in the 6 person hot tub located in a private front courtyard. Washer and Dryer located in 1 car garage. You enter the home by going up steps to the left of the driveway to the entry door. Upon entry, you find yourself in a hallway. On your right is the Master Bedroom, with Queen size bed, smart TV, and Master Bathroom with a combo tub/shower.

Continuing up a few steps in the hallway you come to the living level of the home. To your right is a very large, fully equipped kitchen. Complete with a large dining area and the spacious living room with music center, smart TV and fireplace. Door from dining room area leads out to patio with wood table and chairs. Also equipped with Gas BBQ. Patio area and windows along dining room area and living room provide wonderful Golf Course and water views. Cable/sports - upgraded cable package with Bay Area sports. Lovely home to relax with ocean view in the backyard, enclosed hot tub and everything a cook needs in spices and pans. Pathway to the door and driveway are very steep but there is street parking. There is a beautiful 1hr hike to a public beach you can walk to, but avoid when the tide is coming in. There is a sign warning of rip currents and sleeper waves. Neighborhood walking on the street only, but few cars. There is a cliff. Keep dogs on leash. Green spaces can only be used for golfers.

Even if your not a golfer you will enjoy the view and the home had everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. We arrived a little early and the home was ready and we were allowed to go into the home. It's those little things that make the trip even that much better. I want to thank the property management for making the arrangements so easy and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to coming back. Thank you.
