• Fabulous views of Bodega Head, Doran Beach and the Pacific Ocean
• Beach access trail right across the street

Layout of House: There are 2 levels to the home. The only room on the lower level is the garage [ping pong] and the entry. All area's of living are located on the second level. Bedrooms are located to the rear of the home while the kitchen/dining/living room areas are located in the front of the home. There is a gate in the home to block off the entry stairs if needed for families.

Bedrooms/Baths:

Master Bedroom Suite #1 sits in the rear of the home facing Doran Beach with vaulted ceilings and large picture windows with wonderful white water views of Doran Beach/Bodega Bay and the 9th fairway. Large room with a King size bed, HDTV/Cable/DVD and a separate trundle bed (2-twins perfect for kids). There is also a separate shower with double vanity/toilet closet in this room.

Master Bedroom #2: South facing with great Ocean views; contains a King bed with cable-HDTV/DVD, vaulted ceilings/skylight and separate bathroom with shower. Its connected to the deck that faces the front of the home with table/chairs.

Bedroom #3: Queen bed with cable-HDTV and vaulted ceilings. There is a sliding glass door to an adjacent deck with views of Doran Beach/Bodega Bay and the 9th Fairway.

* Located btwn Bdrm #3 & #4 is a full-Guest Shower/Bath with attached washer/dryer.

Bedroom #4: Queen bed with cable-HDTV and vaulted ceilings. There is a sliding glass door to an adjacent deck that connects to kitchen/hot tub area. Faces 8th Fairway East.

Dining Rm/Kitchen/Living Room: Located in front of home. The Kitchen is fully-equipped; The Dining Table sits adjacent and seats 8 guests. We keep the pantry stocked with various seasonings, teas, coffee, foil, saran wrap...etc. New Hot Tub December 2021. Great ocean/golf views.

Living Room: Fantastic views out of large picture windows that face the Pacific Ocean. Lrg. HDTV with cable/Blu ray/DVD, stero-cd player w/wifi speaker, bookcase with a lrg. assortment of books & magazines, and a lrg. assortment of DVD's. 2 fullsize Lazy Boy Leather Sofa's & 1 Lazy Boy Love-seat and additional leather recliner in this room make it a wonderfully relaxing area to spend with family/friends. Connects to deck with table/chairs/Weber propane barbecue.

FAMILIES: For guests with kids we have located in closets: hi-chair, exercauser, gate to block stairs, pack-n-play, step-stool. Closet full of games. Covered outlets. Rumpus room (garage area) lower level with ping pong.

BEACH ITEMS: Beach blankets, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, ice chests, sand toys located in garage. We even keep a beach pass for families wanting to drive to the County Beach at Doran entrance with all their 'stuff' saving you the $7 parking fee.

What do we/guests love most about the home? The house has a very open uncluttered feel with all the sunlight from skylights/windows and vaulted ceilings. Love being able to walk out the front door to the beach trail. Ping-Pong in the garage and lots of games/activities. Extra pillows/blankets in all rooms. Front of home is kitchen/dining/living room with other rooms running down back of house. See Floorplan.

Our third family stay at this wonderful property. Excellent locatio, sea views; generously and thoughfully provisioned with all the essentials plus! Very clean; comfy beds and furniture; well equipped kitchen. Every game imaginable for terrific and memorable family evenings. Beach toys, ping pong! It's all there. Couple all of this with an excellent and very communicative host/owner, and it makes for a terrific, care free stay. Can't wait to do it again!

Just got back yesterday from a short 4 night stay & we’re already wishing we could go back. Went with my family of 3 and our friends (family of 5), there was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The dining table was the perfect size. (A little tight in space btwn the table & wall or walkway, but the overall size was great for all of us to sit for meals.) We just got back from an amazing stay at this Bodega Bay home. It was so clean, the beds are clean and comfortable, 3 bathrooms were great! The ocean views are amazing from inside the house! There's a path, across the street, to the beach. It's a short walk. I loved the little touches, like "Make-up" wash clothes, little paper cups in the bathroom, fans in the bedrooms were awesome for helping us sleep, labels everywhere, so you know where things are, a bag of coffee sure came in handy. AND the Super Mario Nintendo game was a HIT!! My adult kids are experts at the game and taught our 5-year-old granddaughter how to play. We spent a lot of time in the garage with the garage door open to see the ocean and feel the breeze. I played ping pong with my daughter-in-law, granddaughter, and son-in-law for a long time. There is everything you need to cook. It's not a huge kitchen, but we did fine with 7 people. It's a big dining table, so we all fit. There was a shower pad for the hallway shower that was slippery, & games in the closet. We spent a lot of time at the beach. And my new pilot son loved the pilot magazines! What a great 4 days! There is a flight of stairs to get up into the home after you get inside the front door. This was no problem for us. Its carpeted and easy to get up the stairs, unless you are elderly, or disabled. 5 Star review for sure :)

Came with family for a mini vacation, everything went as expected! The house was extremely clean which was wonderful because we had two babies that were crawling on the floors. The location was beautiful, we enjoyed walks to the beach and the beautiful setting. Only disappointment was not being able to go on the golf course trails, which looked beautiful and would make for a wonderful walk. We knew this ahead of time but it was a bit of a bummer once we were there. The hosts were very responsive and the house supplied all we needed for our trip and more!

We came to Bodega Bay for our annual girls trip. The house was beautiful and fit our group of 8 perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and we made several meals over the weekend. The hot tub was nice to have, and the ocean views were amazing. We loved the trail access across the street and took several walks down to the beach. Check-in and check-out were both easy & hassle free and communication with Debbie and Dave was clear & helpful. Sonoma Zipline information was included with the welcome email and we booked a tour there and had a blast! We hope to make a return trip next year. ❤️

This home provided the ideal gathering place for the friendships, spanning 50 years, of of 5 girlfriends. The home is immaculate, spacious, and filled with amenities, although we never made use of the hot tub or ping pong table. With great views of the ocean, delightful walks on the beach, and preparation of meals in the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and quiet neighborhood, our 3-night stay was the perfect getaway! The property location and views are stunning California Coast at Bodega Bay, short walk/hike to the beach. The home was very clean and super well-stocked. Instructions for check-in and use of technology were clear and easy. WiFi was very consistent despite slightly remote location. Special kudos for Property manager Debbie who was fantastic to work with and very responsive. Our trip was a group of five women but definitely room for a larger group. I hope to bring my family in the future, preferably during summer when we can fully enjoy the area.

Short (but somewhat steep for the older gang) walk to the expansive and uncrowded beach.)Spotlessly clean and generously stocked with all the basics and then some. Debbie & Dave’s house was perfect for a family getaway with the kiddos! They had everything we needed(which is a lot with littles): highchair, pack n play, activity center, books & games, games, games! We enjoyed every meal around the table together, Afternoon beach walks and hot tub time for the adults. Communication with Debbie was awesome! She was always available and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Great memories made!! We will be back. :)

House was clean and stocked well for the needs of four 10-12 year old kids and four adults. Furniture and home details are older styling (if you care), but all were in good condition and worked just fine. Home was bright, comfy, and comfortable. View of the ocean was good from two master bedrooms, living room, and kitchen/ dining area. You cannot see wave action, but we enjoyed watching boats and whale spouts! The pleasant and easy walk to the beach starts across the street. You end up on a bluff which gives lovely views and enabled us to have front row seats to a small/ medium shark attack a bird (what a thrill)! The beach was covered in live sand dollars - so the kids had a great time moving them back to the water when the tide was out. Town is just a quick drive away. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

We met up with family friends for a holiday weekend retreat. We spent time walking along the beach and looking for marine life, went into town for seafood and watched the seals on the docks, and headed to the Russian River for some tubing. It was a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The home itself is beautiful, clean and well stocked. The views on a clear day are amazing! I highly recommend staying here, especially if you enjoy golfing. We absolutely loved it!

The beach trail is just outside the front door, and the beachside playground and bocce court just down the street so it's a great location for families. The layout of the home is great for family gatherings with public areas and private bedroom area. Beaches, cliff walks, fresh crab and clam chowder, hiking trails all nearby.

Had a really great time!! Our hosts thought of everything. Our "temporary" home had everything we needed for our stay, and it is very spacious, very clean, and well appointed. Preparing meals for the ten of us was fun and easy. The kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, and dinnerware are top end. I felt like a real chef!
