Peace & quiet awaits you in this cozy, vintage, waterfront Cape Cod cottage. Located on the wildlife sanctuary of Monomoscoy Island, this small 3 bedroom cottage is steps from the shoreline of Little River. The location is wonderful for families, friends or couples. A moderate size living room gives you full view of the river. Plenty of outdoor space to hangout either on the front porch, the lawn area or chilling on the dock.

This was such a beautiful property! Nestled in a true Cape Cod neighborhood, it was central to everything we wanted to do. Patty was so incredibly sweet and helped us during our stay. This cottage is even cuter in person; it’s very well laid out and comfortable. Even with 4 adults we didn’t feel on top of each other. The sunrise alone is worth it thanks Patty and Joe!

The cottage was perfect for my family of 4. It was close to fishing and neighboring towns that we visited. Very clean and cozy. I would have liked to have A/C units in all bedrooms. Overall.. nice stay.
