Departure cleaning. Owner managed. Recent RENOVATIONS INCLUDE CARPETING REPLACEMENT 3 bedrooms and staircase, NEW FLOORING BATHROOMS, INTERIOR PAINTING. ALL WOODWORK REDONE,NEW BUNKS,NEW FULL BED, 3"MEMORY FOAM GEL TOPPER ON KING BED. Located on a cul-de-sac in a private neighborhood perfect for biking,walks and tennis. Private tennis courts are a 2 minute walk from the house. South Cape Beach (warmest Cape water) is just 3 miles away.We are located in Mashpee (near the town line of Falmouth) about a mile from New Seabury, two miles from Christ the King Church in Mashpee, six miles from downtown Falmouth, and 12 miles from Hyannis. We are a 20 minute ride from the Bourne Bridge and Water Wiz Water Slides in Buzzards Bay. Extensive outdoor shopping malls, grocery stores, movies and restaurants are within minutes.

The home was very clean! Wonderful neighborhood. Back deck was nice & private. Fans in each room were nice. Beds were good size. Diane was nice to communicate with and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was quiet, relaxing and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful back porch.Close distance to beaches and parks. The host was very hospitable and available for any questions. Wanted to extend our stay but had to return to work. Would definitely like to visit again.

Positives: communication with the owner; wifi; AC and location. All of these were very good. Negatives: the house is in need of an update, as well as the furniture . Everything felt quite old so even though everything was clean it didn't feel fresh. Be aware of the “bring your own linens”—which is the first time I have encountered this policy.Even though I paid the extra for linen supply, none of the upstairs bedrooms had bedding on them—I had to make up the beds myself upon arrival.
