Our beautiful ranch-style country home in Mattituck is a peaceful coastal retreat just steps from Peconic Bay and perfectly positioned between the charming villages of the North Fork and the vibrant destinations of the Hamptons.
Our centrally located home places you minutes from Greenport, Southold, Jamesport, and Riverhead, while the Hamptons — including Westhampton Beach and Southampton — are an easy scenic drive away. Whether you're exploring vineyards, relaxing at the beach, or discovering farm stands and restaurants, this is the perfect home base for your East End getaway.
Our home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests and combines modern comforts with relaxed coastal charm.

• Additional outdoor seating and couch
• 6 lounge chairs for sunbathing
• Fire pit for evening gatherings under the stars
With minimal light pollution, the backyard offers beautiful views of the night sky and constellations.
Pool generally opens May 17 and closes mid-September to early October. 5 days advanced notice required for turning on pool heater, and an additional charge per day for heater use.

We have been many places in the North Fork, and I have to say that Steve and his property delivered on all of the things that we enjoy about the North Fork. It was so wonderful to be somewhere that welcomed our dog, a 15 pound Maltipoo who by now is an essential member of the family. Besides the numerous places to enjoy nearby, the property itself was elegant, spacious, and cool, on a quiet street with a really large and private pool in the back yard. We also used the grill outside and ate at the pool. The neighboring property did have a dog that barked at our dog a few times, but the back was totally fenced in and felt safe to have our dog out and about while we enjoyed the pool. Somebody came to do a few pool maintenance tasks while we were there, but the owner was very communicative and it was nice to have a clean and heated pool. Though we were only a small family, I could imagine two families or a much larger family staying there as well. I would highly recommend staying at this property if you're looking for a place to relax with a pet and love staying poolside. Also recommend Black Sheep Bagels and Braun's Fish Market not too far up the road -- get an iced coffee and a breakfast burrito and some local fish for the grill.

Wonderful house for a bachelorette group. Clean house, nice pool & close to the Vineyards. Owners were very responsive to inquiries and overall nice people to deal with. Would recommend renting this house. Thank you!

Great property, super family friendly and meets many accessibility requirements. Close to local beaches, restaurants and playgrounds as well as the wineries. House was kept beautifully and the owners were wonderful.
