Our beautiful ranch-style country home in Mattituck is a peaceful coastal retreat just steps from Peconic Bay and perfectly positioned between the charming villages of the North Fork and the vibrant destinations of the Hamptons.
Our centrally located home places you minutes from Greenport, Southold, Jamesport, and Riverhead, while the Hamptons — including Westhampton Beach and Southampton — are an easy scenic drive away. Whether you're exploring vineyards, relaxing at the beach, or discovering farm stands and restaurants, this is the perfect home base for your East End getaway.
Our home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests and combines modern comforts with relaxed coastal charm.

• Dining table with umbrella for 8 guests
• Additional outdoor seating and couch
• 6 lounge chairs for sunbathing
• Fire pit for evening gatherings under the stars
With minimal light pollution, the backyard offers beautiful views of the night sky and constellations.
Pool generally opens May 17 and closes mid-September to early October. 5 days advanced notice required for turning on pool heater, and an additional charge per day for heater use.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The quiet surroundings and the access to Peconic Bay more than fulfilled our expectations. We slept well in the comfortable beds. The house is well equipped with everything we needed and shopping was 5 Minutes away by car. It is a very convenient location to explore North and South Fork of Long Island. Our host was easy to communicate with and we thank for the hospitality.

Nice property in quiet neighborhood. The property was both family friendly and a short drive to lots of other towns and attractions in the North Fork. There was a beach with a playground close by. We enjoyed the pool and were glad to be able to bring our dog on the trip.
