A flexible office/playroom includes a futon, spin bike, and children’s toys — perfect for remote work, workouts, or extra sleeping space.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious, with new and modern appliances and well-stocked kitchen. It has easy access to the beach and playground. Our 4 year old loved running around the backyard and playing with the many toys in the downstairs playroom. We adults got a kick out of the multiroom Sonos, auto blinds, and temperature sensors. The hosts, Alexa and her husband, were also incredibly attentive. They responded quickly to questions and even came over when we had a minor issue. Highly recommend it and hope we can stay again.

Have been coming to the North Fork for years and this is one of our favorite rentals to date! Especially good for small kids- you can walk to calm peconic beaches in minutes, Magic Fountain is down the street, and the kids room has blackout shades. It was so helpful to have good quality beach supplies- wagon, chairs & umbrellas- so that we didn’t have to haul that stuff from home. The yard is fenced in and great for hanging out and grilling. We had a week of crazy weather- extreme heat wave followed by a violent wind/rain storm that shook the neighborhood, but even with that we’d give this vacation an A due to the great house and host, Alexa, who was very easy to reach when needed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity we could have needed. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, and the outdoor shower was a favorite feature - perfect after a day at the beach.One of the best parts of this property is its location. The beach is just a short stroll away, making it easy to enjoy the water whenever we wanted. It’s also ideally situated near many of the North Fork’s renowned wineries, farm stands, restaurants, and local attractions, allowing us to experience the best of the area with minimal driving.The house itself was comfortable, inviting, and thoughtfully appointed, with everything needed for a relaxing getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home.The owner is such a gracious host and provides such a beautiful place to stay. We made wonderful memories and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Mattituck and the North Fork!
