Oceanfront condo near restaurants, new pier, farmers market, music in the park.

Viewed each morning’s incredibly colorful sunrises with the sounds of breaking ocean waves at this perfectly located oceanfront condo. You are on the beach with a clear, unobstructed view of the ocean, shoreline, & sky, and your own private patio. It’s quiet, well built, & on the 2nd story of a 3 story walk up. Convenient parking. All new kitchen appliances. Large size washer & dryer in it, so doing laundry is super convenient. Super safe area & well patrolled. Lots of friendly people walking & running, many with dogs. Fun, local beach restaurants a short walk away. Close to Brookgreen Gardens where I went several times a wk to enjoy its tours, sculptures, mammoth live oaks draped in Spanish moss, history, & classes. The condo is sparkling and well maintained by great hosts who are readily available and super helpful. This is one of my favorite stays, & I look forward to returning!

My stay was outstanding, & I plan to return often. This is a wonderful 3 bedroom condo overlooking the beach with incredible views of each morning’s sunrise. It is a 2nd floor walk up, no elevator, which I prefer for exercise. The host is very helpful with prompt replies. People are friendly with a Southern & Midwest kind of vibe. Check in is so easy.. go to the condo door & put in the code. Once inside, it sparkles with fresh paint, new stove, fridge, & a dishwasher. There is a full size washer & dryer making it so convenient. TV’s have both spectrum’s hundreds of channels & Roku. Surfside Beach is a safe area with a prominent, alert police presence. The condo is well built with minimal sound from neighboring units. Brookgreen Gardens is nearby, & if I wasn’t strolling the beach, I was enjoying Brookgreen! I am so happy to have had the incredible opportunity to stay here over the holidays! If you’re looking for a beachfront stay, this one is a delight!

Owner responded to my messages within an hour and was helpful each time I messaged him. The place was very clean and lovely. Parking was no problem at all. There were plenty of parking spaces. The pool was very clean too. If its available next year I plan to staying again.

We would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the Surfside area!
