Recent remodeled, Hardwood Floors with carpet in bedroom. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds, one with twin beds, pull-out bed in couch in den. Day bed with trundle located in downstairs bedroom, Portacrib available. Fully stocked Kitchen with granite counter tops. Cable TV in living room. WiFi included. Patio area and grilling area under house. Direct access to beach with private walk and shower. Oceanside deck with 2 chairs. Linens are not included. Strict 2 car limit. No trailers.

We had a wonderful weeks stay at the condo. It was right on the beach, which was perfect for our family with small children. The condo was clean and well maintained. The neighbors were lovely and the area was very quiet. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return.

We really loved this rental in Surfside, SC. The neighborhood was quiet, the access to the beach was SUPER convenient, the condo was clean, the amenities were as described and perfect for our family of six. The FoodLion was practically within walking distance! If staying on the beach as long as possible in a quiet area is your idea of a vacation, this is the condo for you. We are already looking for dates on the off season and for next summer.

It was not disclosed until check out that there was a *$XX Insurance policy needed OR a *$XXXX hold on my credit card. After several weeks of looking at places I didn't want to start over so I
paid for the Insurance. Very unhappy about that! Condo is okay. Ocean front is fabulous. Pots & pans need to be replaced because they are very old and peeling nonstick is not good to cook with. Clean but could use a deep cleaning.
Owner was easy to communicate with and lock box access ment no waiting for someone to arrive to let us in.
*Unable to state amounts per VRBO policy... :( Maybe time to look for a new site too!
