About this cabin rental
Welcome to our modern and peaceful cabin, where you can bring your whole family for a great vacation time. The place fits 10 people comfortably; good for: big families, group of friends, small company retreat or 2 families’ vacation. The house is set up with a mesh Wi-Fi network for fast internet connection inside and outside the house.
Everybody will find something fun and relaxing to do around or in the house:
Kids and adults will enjoy the ample backyard where they can:
• Play volleyball,
• show their strategy skills with connect four,
• practice their throwing and aiming abilities with cornhole,
• catch a last-minute touch-down in a friendly football game,
• be precise and steady when moving pieces in the large Jenga,
• pick blueberries or practice gardening in the raise garden,
• relaxed in the hammock, swing chair or lounges,
• or listen to wonderful stories and bond while roasting marshmallows around the firepit.
The rest of the house offers many opportunities to have fun, relax or have a quite time:
• On the first floor:
o Livingroom with wooden walls and floors creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The 2 sofas, 3 chairs, table with chess board, bay-window with 5 seat bench, books, cards and board games offer the ideal space for big group conversation and interactions.
o Open concept and fully equipped kitchen with wooden cabinets, a big table for 10 people and a dedicated coffee-juice card is another great space to enjoy a great meal and have a great time.
o Big Deck area with a grill, 6 people dining set, 2 lounge chairs and wonderful view of the backyard.
o Large master bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom, ample windows with blackout curtains, full body mirror, and sound machine; will help you restore your energy or relax reading your favorite book on the comfy corner chair.
o Queen bedroom with wooden walls, beautiful shelves, full body mirror and blackout curtains.
o Ample half bathroom.
o Dedicate office/baby/toddle room with an adjustable standing desk, pack-n-play and highchair.
• Downstairs always feels cool and fresh, the perfect atmosphere:
o Enjoy all the entertainment in the Game Room:
Air hockey/ping-pong table combo,
Arcade machine with 1000 games for 2 players,
Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video,
Test your geography knowledge with the World Map,
Play game on the big whiteboard,
Relax on the 2 comfy foam sofa-chairs.
o Immerse yourself in your favorite movie, series, sport or event in Movie Room; with its Samsung QLED 4K 65’ Smart TV and Home Theater sound. Access Netflix and Prime Video, or Live TV and Movies in the Fire Stick with the CHD-Player App.
o Bedroom with 2 bunk beds, that comfortably fits 4 people.
o Queen bedroom, with blackout curtains, full body mirror and sound machine.
o Common full modern bathroom
o Laundry area with washer and drier
Overall, a cabin was furnished and designed to be a comfortable and welcoming space where people can relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
Bachelor/bachelorette parties and low-key birthday celebrations are OK. Big parties are NOT allowed. If you are interested in renting the property for an event, please send me a message.

The house was super convenient to Mount Sunapee and Newport is a really nice town. There were two families staying at the house with kids ranging from 11 years old to 1 year old. Everyone was very comfortable and we all had a lot of fun. I highly recommend staying there.

The Good:
- beautiful location and cabin
- close to town but far enough to feel private
- lots of space and rooms for hanging out and activities
- the beds were firm and comfortable
- host was responsive and communicated quickly
- flexibility with check out time
The Bad:
- the host seems overbearing and has an enormous amount of rules that can make you feel unwelcome
- below the surface level beauty, the house seemed fairly dirty. There were dead cockroaches under the couch and food/beverage bottles left tucked behind beds
- the listed stated and showed a grill on the premises but we were not given access to one
- the showers barely had any hot water
