Blue Fish is a cozy, off water Villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape Coral neighborhood. The home with a convenient set up and a two-car garage, is ideal for four guests. The spacious living area featuring a great airy floor plan where the family living room, dining area and kitchen have an open flow, the built-in fireplace and TV make it cozy and comfortable perfect for entertaining family & friends.
Blue Fish will give you serenity, as it is in a quiet neighborhood but centrally located to many shops and great for those who enjoy the outdoors with plenty of walking and biking paths this home has many amenities for a great vacation.
As soon as you open the door, you will be entering an open floor plan, offering breathtaking views to your pool area.
The heart of the home is the kitchen with all required amenities (fridge with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and disposer) and a large pantry. Welcome to your little Paradise.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

Blue Fish features beautiful airy décor: The home has a split bedroom floorplan which gives the owners suite plenty of privacy on one side with one additional bedroom and another full bath on the other side with a door leading out to the lanai and gorgeous pool.
Relax or entertain on the screened lanai and pool with built in jacuzzi, which is accessible from either the family area or the main suite.
Two of the bedrooms have king beds and have their isolated bathroom, which gives you plenty of privacy. The third bedroom has a work desk for those who still have to check emails during their vacation.
The Villa can fit up to 4 guests very comfortably with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts all the necessary amenities. The kitchen, living room and large dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.

I would've given 5 stars for everything...but there were a couple of glitches that could've been avoided. Upon making my reservation I had sent a message requesting an early check in. I NEVER received a response to that message. A couple of days before our arrival I was able to make contact with Eva. I, again, requested an early check in. She approved this. Upon arrival our door code didn't work. I had to call all 3 property managers & Eva. Eva actually answered the phone. Initially she responded with "check in isn't until 4:00." When I explained that she had approved our early check in, her memory was jogged. She apologized profusely. Which I appreciated. She unlocked the door remotely. We were good to go from there. Cleanliness would've been a 5 star except that one of the coffee pots was growing mold. I'm sure this was just a simple oversight that rarely happens. The carafe for the Keurig unit was obviously one that had been replaced with the wrong carafe. So we pulled out the Mr Coffee drip unit. This unit had not been cleaned for some time. There were grounds & a filter still in the top & mold growing on it. We took pictures of both units & sent it to the property management. They apologized & thanked us for bringing it to their attention. We couldn't figure out the spa (jacuzzi), so a property manager had to come out to show us. The young lady that came out (think her name was Kat) was VERY PLEASANT. Just little things. We WOULD DEFINITELY stay again.

Perfect for two people or a couple with two children. Very nicely decorated. Great neighborhood. Nice homes and felt like a safe neighborhood. Throughly enjoyed staying there!
