Spacious Condo | 3 pools, lots of amenities & across street from no-drive beach!

This was a great place for myself, wife and two kids to stay. Short walk to a public (but might as well been private) beach with a private trail to follow. Quiet neighborhood and the hosts were top notch! We will be booking again when back in the area!

everything was clean and as promised. Location is right across the street from the beach, which is nice and the pool is a short walk from the unit. The house were very responsive and answered every question I had. We will definitely be back.

The condo is comfy and cozy. Quick walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach! Lovely neighborhood for walking and bike riding. Will definitely book again for next summer!

The location was perfect and loved that they were dog friendly, but the condo could use a little TLC. The blinds in both bedrooms were very broken, so both rooms were bright. The floors were filthy, if you walked around barefoot your feet would be black. When we arrived the guests before us had broken the lock, the owners were quick to fix this, so it ultimately didn’t effect our time, but the lock was old and even after being rekeyed it was tricky. It was easy to see how it broke before. The secondary bedroom didn’t have a table or light/lamp in it, we had to move one from the living room. All of the fire alarms were off the walls when we arrived so we had to reinstall them and purchase batteries (the owners did offer to have someone do this for us, but it would’ve been the next day and we weren’t comfortable sleeping without alarms). Overall, Sea Woods as a complex was fantastic and the beach access was so easy. Neighbors were all kind, Amenities were nice, but the condo needed so love and updates.
