House was perfect for my visiting brother and his family to stay in, very kid friendly with plenty of room for them to relax.

Spacious home, great supplies of spare towels and linen, well equipped kitchen, great location in a quiet neighborhood near a park and wetland area.
Some outside chairs and tables would be great to enjoy the spacious garden and views to the neighboring park.

The property is run by Ray White. I think they are use to dealing with tenants and not guest. Not unfriendly but strictly business at keys collection from there office in Victor which suits them. Also info pack said if key lost - here is the locksmith number - when an emergency drop box with a spare key would be a less expensive and friendlier system (we did not lose keys though)
Key collection ...and a back up plan if needed that does not involve a locksmith.
Great property suitable for Families or 2 or 3 couples and a big back yard but no outdoor setting
