House was clean , had the necessary utensils, location of house near to air itam food area

As its on the main road, abit noisy ..cant bring large dogs as cant bring them for walk as its in the main roads..plus car porch kinda small for a x trail size SUV

The place was very clean, and the basic kitchen utensils were sufficient for my needs. I also used the washing machine a few times. The bathroom was fully stocked, and the water heater worked perfectly. The air conditioners in both the front and back bedrooms were very cold and quiet, which was great. The location is excellent—it’s very close to Sunshine Mall. It's only a five-minute walk away, making it very convenient even without a car (I've uploaded the 'city photo,' which I took on morning from right outside the homestay, showing the view of the Sunshine Mall building.). I especially liked the large dining table, which was perfect for having meals together. The living room was also great for sitting and chatting.

Parking: The parking space outside the house is very small and only fits a tiny car. Regular-sized vehicles won’t fit, but I understand that this can’t be changed. Upstairs Bedroom: The second bedroom upstairs doesn't have an air conditioner. While there was a portable air cooler, it was quite noisy in "cool mode," so we ended up having to turn it off. Low Ceiling: The ceiling and the ceiling fan in the downstairs living room are quite low. You could easily hit the fan blades if you raise your hands. I would suggest installing a wall fan instead. Stairs: The stairs are designed in a rather unusual way. I personally didn't mind, but one has to be very careful, especially with elderly people or young children.
