Absolutely perfect! The penthouse is new, spacious, clean and has everything you can possibly need for a comfortable stay! From washinf machine, coffee machine, sandwich maker, hoover, even a baby changing mattress and other ammenities! The area is super quiet, while also being 5 minutes away from the marina and the prom with all the restaurants and bars. Parking space was a big plus too. We saw the photos here but didn't expect everything to be this good. Recommend it 100%, you won't regret it. 😊

Excellent location , walking distance from Preveza centre. The town view and the nice veranda. All little details from the amenities to high quality bed linen.

Gut gelegenes geräumiges Appartement, 2 Dachterrassen (davon 1 sehr groß und sonnig), sehr nette hilfsbereite Gastgeber, durften auch vor 15 Uhr einchecken, Küchenausstattung ausreichend, fußläufig zu Restaurants und Meer

Betten etwas unbequem, wir hätten uns statt nur Stühle auch bei 30 Grad über Sonnenliegen auf der Dachterrasse gefreut. Manchmal abends/ nachts Mopedlärm und Hundegebell

Great apartment! Very well furnished and nicely decorated. The large terrace is a big plus. Excellent location – just 5 minutes to the port and a short walk to the old town with restaurants and shops.
