Très bien équipé, très bien situé. L’équipe de gardiens de l’immeuble est super !
Très pratique, le parking gratuit est un confort énorme.
Je vous conseille de bien lire les instructions envoyés lorsque l’appartement est prêt. Il y a pleins d’informations importantes à ne pas louper pour se faciliter la vie.

綺麗で宿内のセキュリティはしっかりしています。オーナーは連絡をすると最低限の対応してくれました。
宿とは関係ありませんが、ロビーにいるスタッフが困った時に助けてくれました。
ホテルスタイルではなく、民泊スタイルでしたので、見つけるのが非常に大変でした。民泊のスタイルに慣れていない人、英語が厳しい場合はやめた方がいいでしょう。まず、民泊である事をあらかじめきちんと説明、明記してください。
従業員が出迎えてくれるわけではないので、駐車場なんかも記載がありましたが、諦めて近くの駐車場にとめました。
このホテルで起きた事ではありませんが、その駐車場でトラブルにあいました。現在(2025年)治安が悪いので、当たり前のようにレンタカーの後部ガラスが破られ、物を盗られました。
この街は普通は起きない事が普通に起きます。この事実を踏まえてこの場所に滞在するか判断してください。
日本人にはおすすめません。ロスでは、特にダウンタウンではきちんとしたホテル形式に泊まりましょう。私は後悔してます。
