Location was GREAT. A 4 min walk to either LA Live/Crypto Arena, and about an 8-10 min walk to the convention center.
The bed was comfortable, and the sofa bed was good enough. The room had a view and the blinds were awesome when it was time to wind down from the city lights.
Bathroom/walk-in closet was nice and clean.
Free parking was a bonus!
The tub to get into the bathroom was a little too high, especially for those who might need an accessible shower. The water spout in the fridge was running water a little too slow, but the ice maker worked perfectly, so I recommend to bring some water to fill a little faster, or if the owner could have the water spout fixed in the fridge. Other than those two things, it was an awesome property

Lovely apartment in good downtown location. Clean, well stocked. Check in was easy enough. Staff on reception are lovely.
All great. Didn't find a tee towel to dry dishes when not using the dishwasher but that aside everything was great.

Water went down last minute.

The apartment was amazing! So clean and modern, we couldn’t have wished for anything more for our first time in LA.
Nothing, everything was perfect!
