La zona en la que está ubicado el apartamento es muy buena, cerca de todo lo esencial y como no de la playa. El detalle de encontrar café a la llegada me agradó bastante y la limpieza en general del apartamento bastante bien.
Aunque la zona en la que se ubica es tranquila y silenciosa, la realidad dentro del apartamento es muy distinta. Se oye cualquier cosa de los vecinos como si estuvieran dentro de tu apartamento, me refiero a golpes, ducha, cinsterna, da la sensación de que las paredes son de papel, y la puerta de la entrada bastante deteriorada.

Frío. No funciona la bomba de calor. Llamamos por teléfono para solucionarlo. No contestaron. No nos gusta molestar y no hemos insistido.
