Unbeatable location at just 400 mtrs. in a straight line from both the beach and downtown, just 5 min. Walking both ways.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area with hardly any traffic of vehicles, and the little traffic is from the neighbors of the area since the street only gives access to the houses themselves.
In the area you can walk, a few meters around, to have any type of service you need during your stay such as coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center, restaurants, pizzerias, parks, etc.

Ideal para visitar Sanlucar por su ubicación, espacioso, nada ruidoso, bien dotado de todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Por poner alguna pega, es un segundo sin ascensor, pero en estancias cortas no es determinante por lo que volvería.
