Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Abseits von Hauptstr. aber doch Zentral gelegen. Stellplatz für PKW vor der Tür, sowie die Möglichkeit Fahrräder unterzustellen.
Das Treppengeländer war leider defekt und nur mit Panzertape notdürftig repariert. Hier sollte umgehend nachgebessert werden, da die Treppe sehr steil ist. Die obere Absturzsicherung ist sehr locker und nicht genügend im Boden verankert. Fliegen / Mückengitter an den Fenstern wären hilfreich. Vor allem an den schrägen Dach / Veluxfenstern da es sich dort schon ziemlich aufheizt und Mücken ungehindert eindringen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles wie beschrieben.
Die Treppe ist sehr gefährlich. Für ältere Leute die nicht mehr gut gehen können oder Menschen mit einer Beeinträchtigung ist die Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen.
