Woodland Hot Tub Retreat

Very clean, everything we needed, beds very comfy, quiet location on site, great location for visiting places nearby such as Alnwick, sea houses, chillingham castle etc.

The hot tub lid needs replacing as it had soaked up water from the rain, putting us off using the hot tub as we struggled to lift the lid back on.

Great location, comfy beds, great size bathroom , modern decor

- Decking wasn’t the cleanest and there were no mats so was quite slippy when walking to and from the hot tub. - No blinds or curtains across the kitchen/dining room door which was floor to ceiling glass, the neighbouring caravan had full view whilst we were in the kitchen so not very private.

Nice park good location. Hot tub was nice

Had a leak through the bedroom window heavy rain needs a bit of tidying up in places shower door comes loose & toilet seat loose Guttering needs cleaning out

The location was good, the beds were comfortable, the sitting room was comfortable and spacious.

The hot tub was a huge disappointment, it wasn’t enclosed as I’d thought, the steps leading to it and the ground area where it was situated was dirty and full of pine needles. We didn’t use the hot tub as we didn’t feel it was clean. The balcony around the lodge was dirty, also the table and chairs had obviously not been cleaned for a long time. The chairs all fitted beneath the table and when we pulled a chair out, it was dirty and full of pine needles. These had to have been there a long time as it was tucked below the table. There was no hand towels and the tea towels all looked as though they’d seen better days. The internet was patchy and I ended up using my mobile phone data instead. There was also a small pile of clothes left on a shelf in the wardrobe, presumably by a previous occupant.
