Beaucoup de rangement très appréciable. J'ai beaucoup aimé les lumières, appartement très bien éclairé, cuisine très bien équipée il manquait juste un gant ou une manique pour sortir les plats du four. Salle de bain magnifique, très pratique et fonctionnelle.
Les rideaux ne sont pas efficaces pas assez occultants pour ne pas être dérangé par le jour qui se lève environ à 4h30 du matin et cela nous a réveillé à chaque fois. Un peu trop de vis à vis sur le balcon c'est dommage. Un brise vue serait appréciable. Les oiseaux ne m'ont pas vraiment gênées par contre les sacs poubelles sur le plafond dans les angles du balcon pour les empêcher de venir ne sont pas très esthétiques.
