Easy anough because key box broken and keys accecible to anyone.

Tv didnt work. After got new batteries for remote but stil tv not working. Bathroom with shower to share on 4 rooms roughfly 4 persons in each so about 16 people. Imagine waiting for some taking shower 20 min. Bathroom seat to high. While sitting your feet will be in air. Even i am not short person. Loundry machine not working. There is sign not use during night hours. But didnt work at 8pm and also tried at 7am morning. Useless .

1. Shared bathroom It wasn’t clear to us when booking that the bathroom will be shared with another room(s). Had I known, I would have paid a bit more to have an en suite room. I was frustrated that I had to wait for c40 mins to use the toilet as another guest was taking the shower. When I finally accessed the bathroom, previous users left their toiletries and wet towels behind which wasn’t too appealing. 2. Issues with communication I also had some issues communicating with the owners on arrival. Our booking.com notification with access details was sent but disappeared from my phone. So I tried but failed to reach the owners on the phone on numerous occasions. Eventually, their relative was on site and helped us get the keys. 3. The noise However, the biggest let down for us was the noise at night. The road traffic and noisy air-con we could cope with. But we shared accommodation with very noisy family from Slovakia I think. They were out socialising, shouting, slamming doors till very late. It was horrendous. I had to come out on 3 occasions to reprimand them: at around 11pm, 1pm and 3pm before things got quieter. I was tempted to pack up & leave in the middle of the night as well as call the police. I’m very disappointed that the owners did nothing to stop the noise/ reprimand the noisy guests.
