The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the city center, with lots of shops and restaurants around. The beds and the linens are comfortable and bathroom has toiletries. Communication was also very good—I’ve had some questions about turning on the washing machine and they were answered swiftly.
Could really benefit from marking the switches, they are not placed in an intuitive way. I had to spend quite a bit of time finding the power switch for the washing machine, which was under the sink and the tip on finding it was not included in the house manual.
Also, the kitchen could be equipped better with more pans (saucers, frying pans)

The decorating was really nice! Beds were comfortable. The location was good.
A couple of bugs and a musky smell, but it was to be expected as it was a basement-like apartment, and all the wet weather. Nothing seriously outrageous. The outside garden was a little overgrown while we were there, and the mosquitoes around the front door were horrible, so we did not attempt to go into the back garden. A couple of the unused drawers in the kitchen really need to be cleaned out.

it was self catering
the outside it very gruby , needs good clean up. the inside is very dated needs refresh , stains on carpets and furniture . Bed was too soft
heating boiler in bedroom very noisy
instructions for heating ok but none for hot water , please update your instructions - water never got hot just luke warm
