The property was stunning! Nicely decorated and equipped with anything you might need. It was spotless!! Very centrally located in down town Serres…near shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay again!!

If you don't insist on comfortable sleeping, the place really great for up to 3 people!

Everything was generally great. The location is superb. The apartment is modern and clean. I had no issues to collect the keys and what you see on the photos is what you receive. Only the bed comfort was quite disappointing.

Unfortunately the beds and pillows were quite disappointing. I booked the apartment for 4 people, and neither one of us had a good night sleep. I think the apartment would be perfect if only the owner invested in some better (memory-foam) pillows, and some more comfortable mattresses, which don't need to be expensive, but just better quality. Currently it has "spring"-mattresses where you can feel the springs and the couch in not at all comfortable for sleeping.

Everything was great, location was perfect.

Just as a recomandation: the air conditioning should have been turned on a couple of hours before us ariving. The room was very hot for the first few hours of staying, but got better later in the evening.

Cozy flat, very well equipped for longer stay too. It is in city center and with a nice view from living room, only few steps to restaurants, shops.

Exceptional

Situated in the center of Serres. Very clean and helpfull staff. Coffee Shops and stores around all.kind. If you are lucky like us you can find a parking place free and safe also on the street about 10 meters from apartment .

The day before check out and in the morning check out, hot water doesn t work . In rest great acomodation.

Ήταν πολύ κεντρικο, μοντέρνο με minimal διακοσμηση, καθαρό (μόνο ο καναπες είχε έναν περίεργο λεκε). Η κυρία που το καθάρισε ήταν ευγενέστατη.

Ακριβώς διαγωνιως κ απέναντι από το διαμέρισμα υπήρχε ηχείο που έπαιζε χριστουγεννιατικα τραγουδια και ακουγόταν πάρα πολύ μέσα στο διαμερισμα. Το μπράτσο του καναπέ ήταν αποσυνδεδεμενο σπο τον καναπέ. Εκτός από 2 νεράκια δεν υπήρχε τίποτε άλλο, στην κουζινα, ουτε αλάτι. Η τηλεόραση είχε απορριθμιστει και ούτε το Netflix δεν μπορέσαμε να βάλουμε. Μόνο ένα ρόλο χαρτί υγείας υπήρχε. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν με μεγάλη καθυστέρηση. Η τηλεόραση στο υπνοδωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε.

1)πρέπει να αλλαχθεί άμεσα στο 102 το τηλέφωνο του ντουζ έχει φύγει όλο το χρώμα,δείχνει 10ετιας αμαυρώνει την άριστη κατάσταση του διαμερίσματος. 2)θα πρέπει να τοποθετηθεί άμεσα σίτα στο παράθυρο στο μπάνιο, το μπάνιο έχει φυσικό αερισμό από ένα μικρό παράθυρο το οποίο δν έχει σίτα.
