Agaete Parque Av de Tenerife Maspalomas

The apartment is spacious and bright, which are its main advantages. The location is good — in Maspalomas everything is close by. You’ll have to go down some stairs to reach the beach, but there is an elevator not far away. All the appliances in the apartment worked, and there are no complaints about the bedroom except for the pillows, which are basically just a collection of lumps. The sun reaches the balcony after 15:00. Overall, it’s a good apartment for the price, but I wouldn’t recommend relying on the sofa as a sleeping place. A karaoke bar operates until around 2–3 a.m., which makes it impossible to sleep on the sofa. In the bedroom, if you close the door, nothing disturbs your sleep. The apartment had soap, dishwashing liquid, a sponge, laundry detergent, oil, and spices. There was also a good variety of kitchenware.

Communication with the host was very cold, possibly due to a language barrier, and the check-in instructions were extremely brief and not very informative. When I arrived, there wasn’t even a small bottle of water. There was also no possibility to use the paid parking on the property — the host was away and couldn’t provide the key, blaming me for not asking about it in advance. The sofa was dirty and had hair on it.

Price, location, modern, excellent communication with owner, great facilities will love to return

Only 1 thing, Shower was very slow with low pressure
