So, it's a brand new apartment, suitable for a single, couple or even a small family with 1 kid. Location is good, not far from a main A4 highway and a city center, since it's not in the middle of the city, you won't have any issues with parking, plenty of space and it's free. King size bed was very comfy, kitchen has all necessary kitchenware so you can cook pretty much everything you'd like.
Those things I put here are not actually the minuses, but more of the suggestion for the owner how to make it even better. I'd add a kettle, AC would be a plus during summer hot days, also I'd add a threshold in a bathroom so when you take shower water isn't all over the place. Internet is not super fast, since it's from cellular network, but for browsing is more than enough.
