Bardzo ładny apartament, w super lokacji. Bliskość centrum i parking podziemny są ogromnymi atutami. Świetny widok z balkonu. W najbliższej okolicy jest smaczna restauracja i żabka.
Jedyną wadą jest źle rozwiązany prysznic, z którego woda wycieka nawet na salon.

Apartament był bardzo czysty, nowoczesny i dobrze wyposażony. Łóżko było wygodne, a zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie. Dobra lokalizacja i bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem.
Jedynym minusem był źle działający odpływ pod prysznicem. Woda nie nadążała spływać do odpływu, przez co wylewała się na podłogę w łazience.

Wygodne mieszkanie na wysokim poziomie, dosłownie i w przenośni 9 piętro z widokami na 4 strony świata. Wygodne, dobrze wyposażone. Bardzo dobry kontak z właścicielką. Odbiór kluczy - bezproblemowy.

Чудове розташування відносно вокзалів - 10 хвилин ходу. Квартира світла. Дуже гарно обладнана кухня. Перший поверх (партер). Будинок стоїть на жвавій вулиці, але вікна спальні безпосередньо не виходять на бік дороги. При 15-градусному морозі назовні у квартирі було аж надмірно тепло. Гарний інтер'єр! Вітальня і спальня розмежовані дверима (важливий для мене нюанс). Дякую власникам.
