Little Gem: Modern Urban Retreat

The apartment is a recent slick renovation and had every convenience, very up-to-date appliances, including a microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Great walk in shower with great water pressure! Unlike most Greek apartments, hot water was available at all times (after letting the faucet run for a minute first thing in the morning) *without* having to turn a circuit breaker on and off. The location is two or three blocks from the Megaro Musikis metro stop (two stops from Syntagma) on a block in a middle class neighborhood (Ilissia) near various hospitals and clinics but also nice upscale bakeries, cafes, fast food spots etc. The balcony and window overlooks a well tended inner courtyard, overall a pleasant and comfortable vibe.

Not anyone's fault, (as far as we know) but there was an inexplicable power outage one morning, I had to turn the main switch back on at the circuit breaker panel right by the bedroom after which everything was ok. But a bit later that day, the Internet went down. I took it upon myself to unplug and re-plug in the modem, and after the reboot finished things were fine. I told all this to the manager that day who was very responsive and easy to reach, since we were leaving the next morning and we had solved the problem we didn't ask her to do anything anyway.

Amazing apartment, Spacious, clean and comfortable, host Stelious was very friendly and Helpful, highly recommend this place!
