Very comfortable and clean apartment in a nice, quiet, neighborhood. Public transport nearby, some good restaurants and cafes in the area. We liked the two bathrooms, one en-suite, with the two very comfortable bedrooms with air conditioners. Complete, well equipped kitchen. Very easy interaction with the hosting company.
The apartment is not very bright, and the balcony is not very large.

Centrally located in a friendly neighborhood with a lot of options nearby for almost all services and facilities. Loved the electric blackout shutters on all windows which prevented the sunlight in the apartment early mornings. The hosts were friendly and easy to speak with over WhatsApp. Flexible to meet us at check in even late pm when our flight was delayed.
We had a car and it was sometimes challenging to find a parking on the streets outside, we did however manage to find a free parking every day. It would be excellent if this apartment could have a dedicated parking spot in the Cityzen Parking house just outside the apartment.

Clean and comfortable, well furnished and equipped.
Professionally managed and maintained with attention to detail. Good host and hostesses.
Location is Good too, although not in very very centre, but say a short / cheap taxi ride from it (or a 15 minute walk). On a quiet street. There is a 24 hour shop around the corner.
Nothing major to say as a negative. Maybe a bit expensive, but I also booked late and it was Xmas and New year timing. Hopefully next time I get a better rate? :)
Just how the hot water and central heating system worked. Radiators seem to be centrally controlled and are only hot for a couple of hours in the evening. Hot water needs to be switched on waiting for 30 minutes or so before the shower. Which itself is not a big problem really.
