La CONCHIGLIA Bed & Breakfast

Rosanna and her staff were outstanding. They helped us out with directions and allowed us to check in early after a very long day of travel. The place is outstanding, clean, and quiet. The views from the house are not to be missed. The property is about a 10 minute walk "downhill" to the town center where there are many shops and restaurants. If you are ever in the Genoa aera, please visit Camgoli and stay at La Conchigla you will not be disappointed.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible guesthouse and I can't recommend it highly enough From the moment we arrived at the Camogli train station, Rosanna our host was there to greet us and drive us up the steep hill to her guesthouse. Rosanna went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She provided a comprehensive guide to the area, recommended restaurants and places to visit and arranged for a family friend to drive us back to the station upon our departure. She even offered to drive us up to the church in San Rocco on the Sunday morning. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable and the property itself is stunning. One of the highlights was our breathtaking view from our balcony. The reservation included breakfast each morning was it was fresh and delicious, thanks to Rosanna's son Mario. The location is within walking distance to the train station, beach front and a variety of restaurants Our experience was exceptional and as their card says 'you arrive as guests but leave as friends' Thank you Rosanna and Mario.

Rosanna and Mario are perfect hosts, they made me very comfortable , and were very generous with the breakfast full of local specialities, as wel with the fruits and thees and coffees in the afternoon! The villa is beautiful and well maintained ( very clean) in an excellent location ! They have lot of tips for visiting around Camogli and are always ready to provide possibilities for visits. Parking is a plus !

Nothing to be mentioned

Rosanna and Mario are great hosts , no detail asked is too much. Our daughter loved the spacious house , playing around . The accomodation is’spacious, views splendide , breakfast just great. Camogli is a secret well kept.

The weather was a bit less, nothing to do with the accommodation.

We have stayed in more than a few places over the years, and I have to say, La Conchiglia was absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed. The room was superb, as was the view out over the sea from both the bedroom and the balcony. Indeed, from most places in the rooms we could see the sea! The facilities were absolutely superb. The hosts were 100% helpful and kind. We will absolutely stay again. Both Comoglie and La Conchiglia have given us memories we will always cherish - thank you so much!!

The road to the apartment is narrow, however, that's pretty standard for Italy. There's a lot of narrow roads! We were OK with it!

Amazing view and a lovely terasse. Close to the beach, resturants and the city of Comogli.

It’s located on top of a hill - meaning that there is quite an uphill walking there.

Spectacular terrace vistas, brilliant service, and chic, roomy lodgings – an absolute must-visit! Nice breakfast which you can eat in the room or in common area.

Everything was fine! It would be nice to have a small fridge inside the room, but there is one in the common area :)

Accueil charmant et bienveillant. La chambre est spacieuse avec une belle vue sur mer. Le parking privé permet de se garer devant l'établissement. C'est appréciable.

Struttura molto curata e con camera ampia e molto pulita; balconcino vista mare. Ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico di Camogli. Buona la colazione con scelta varia di dolce e salato, servita in delizioso salone in stile liberty. Personale sempre cordiale

Soggiorno davvero piacevole. La struttura è curata, accogliente e molto pulita, con una vista splendida sul mare che rende l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Posizione tranquilla e rilassante, perfetta per staccare dalla routine. Ia proprietaria é stata suuuuper gentile! disponibile e attenta a ogni dettaglio. Consigliatissimo, torneremmo volentieri.!!!!

Camera ampia e confortevole, eccellente la vista, pulita e con letti comodi. Colazione apprezzabile ed abbondante servita in una stanza comune molto accogliente. Personale gentile e pronto a soddisfare le esigenze.

Stanza eccezionale, spaziosa e confortevole. Vista sul mare, come risveglio mattutino niente male. Colazione molto buona (brioches freschissime e c'era anche la focaccia!) Nel complesso tutto molto positivo.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein.

Herrlicher Ausblick auf Küste bis Genua und auf Naturpark Portofino. Grosses Badezimmer und wasserdichte Duschkabine. Restaurants, Bäckereien, Lebensmittelläden und Naturpark Portofino in Gehdistanz. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Lärm von Bahn bei Tunneldurchfahrt gewöhnungsbedürftig. Frühstück mittelmässig (vieles vorgefertigt und abgepackt). Guter Wlan-Empfang nur im Parterre.

Super Aussicht, schöner Garten. Rosanna war sehr hilfsbereit. Besonderes geschätzt haben wir den Transport vom und zum Bahnhof. Shoppingmöglichkeit in der Nähe.

Motiviertere Bedienung durch Morgenessen-Personal und abwechslungsreicheres Morgenessen wäre wünschenswert.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft an ruhiger Lage. Grosses Zimmer mit sehr komfortabler Einrichtung und schöner Aussicht. Zentrum von Camogli zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war atemberaubend schön. Wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Camogli entfernt. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

De B&B is hooggelegen waardoor je een ongelooflijk mooi uitzicht hebt op de kustlijn. We hadden de kamer met het ronde bed en vrij grote terras waar het vooral in de ochtend en na zonsondergang heerlijk was. De kamer is zeer ruim met een aparte dressing en supergrote badkamer. Je kan via de badkamer in een inloopdouche en dan kan je langs de andere kant doorlopen naar een groot bad met zicht op zee. Heerlijk om 's avonds met z'n 2 te genieten met een glaasje van zonsondergang. Niet te vergeten, super onderhoud, heel netjes en proper! Deze B&B is een absolute aanrader, hou wel rekening met enkele aandachtspunten bv. Als je slecht te been bent, de helling is heel steil en het dorpje zelf heeft veel trappen.

Dit mooie uitzicht heeft ook een keerpunt, de B&B ligt in een supersmalle straat die open is voor verkeer in beide richtingen. Iedereen toetert dus even in de bochten om het wat veiliger te maken. Het dorpje zelf met de restaurants en winkeltjes is enkel tevoet bereikbaar. Heen is simpel want naar beneden, terug wandelen is zwaar. De helling is de moeite dus hou hier rekening mee. Er is parkeerplaats voorzien maar het is niet simpel om op of af te rijden door de smalle straat. Het ontbijt vonden wij wat eentonig maar de eigenares stond open om dit te veranderen en vroeg tips aan ons om te weten wat de ontbijtgewoonten zijn van Belgen. Heel lief van haar.

La posizione meravigliosa, con terrazzo vista mare, dove è possibile gustare cibo d'asporto. La vicinanza a tutti i servizi e la possibilità di parcheggio privato. Colazione gustosa ed abbondante. Proprietari e personale sempre gentili ed informati.

Location e vista spettacolare direttamente dalla camera e dal terrazzo. Tutto nuovo e pulitissimo. Doccia e letto comodissimi. Mario e Rosanna ci hanno accolti da subito con grande cortesia e massima disponibilità. Davvero eccezionale il poter muoversi a piedi e in 5 minuti raggiungere il borgo di Camogli, il mare e la spiaggia. Ancora grazie infinite!!

La proprietaria ottima padrona di casa. Disponibile accogliente e premurosa. La villa ha una bellissima vista sul mare, vicina al centro e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
