Aqueen Prestige Hotel Lavender

I received a warm welcome from the staff and I found them to be very professional all through my trip. I received an upgrade on my room and was pleasantly surprised at the large sized room I had, having read so much about tiny rooms in Singapore hotels. On my departure day I was able to leave my luggage in the hotel safely. I actually was able to have a shower at the rooftop swimming pool after my day's adventure before departing for the airport. A wonderful facility. Thanks to the lovely staff for facilitating that.

I was disappointed with the breakfast, so I chose other venues most mornings.

Awesome swimming pool. Great local food

Wi Fi was poor. Constantly disconnecting which was a problem.

Cleanliness Baggage reserve

Reception changed our room as I don’t use elevator and fewer stairs made it easier for me which I really appreciated.

Very noisy outside late at night and early morning but I was warned but excepted it as room was easier to access.
