Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, dużo naczyń, półmisków. Działające ogrzewanie. Duża szafa przy wejściu. Rolety zewnętrzne. Taras.
Wąskie i niewygodne łóżko w salonie. Brak dodatkowej półki w salonie, np. nad stołem, pod telewizorem.

Spokojna okolica i ładny, zadaszony taras. Właściciele mili i pomocni.
Czystość. Objekt robi rewelacyjne pierwsze wrażenie jednak po wejściu widać niedociągnięcia w sprzątaniu jak np. włosy w szafkach i na podłodze. Fugi pod prysznicem są czarne od pleśni. Możnaby zainwestować czas na gruntowne czyszczenie zwłaszcza po długich pobytach. Jednak teraz fugi są do kompletnej renowacji, bo czyszczenie już nic nie da.
