Filanda - best Lakefront in Como

Very well positioned, still quite and relaxed, well equipped.

كل شي كان جميل ومميز .. نظافة الشقة وتوفر جميع الاحتياجات الضرورية بالبنسبة لي ، كذالك الموقع كان مميز جداً وحيوي ايضاً تعامل المالك كان لطيف ومتجاوب وتعليمات الوصول والمغادرة واضحة ودقيقة ، كما ان وجود المصعد يعتبر ميزة إضافية للشقة لصعوبة نقل الأمتعة . شكرا لكم من اعماق قلبي على جمال التجربة 🌹👍🏻

Starting from the initial communications providing timely property information until our final departure, the hosts instructions could not have been clearer or more efficient. Really fantastic, caring hosts. The location was within 5 minutes walking distance from the train and bus station, local shops, Como's central shopping area, and a great variety of restaurants. And of course the lake was only 30m from the front door but still tucked away from busy tourism thoroughfares. The apartment was super spacious with all the facilities a family could need - and then some more. Such a pleasure to have all our daily needs right at hand. Clean, well maintained with a very good sized bathroom, a large living area, spacious bedroom and storage areas and a fully equiped kitchen This was by far the best accommodation we experienced during our three weeks in northern Italy and we would highly recommend it as an option to consider if visiting Lake Como.

I would have liked to have been able to stay longer. Toilet tissue supplied was insufficient for our stay and the bedroom air conditioning unit seemed to be having some issues.

Amazing location. Great apartment. Host was nice. Everything clean and easy to use. We would for sure come back and stay again!

Only gripe is that more than one pillow and one towel per guest should be provided. Everything else was great!
