Good location to visit Nîmes

The location.

The heater in the bathroom did not work. Apparently it hasn't worked for a week before our stay. But we were not told until we asked on the second day of our stay. We arrived on the 31rst of october and frankly a heater in the bathroom was needed. While I was still writing this comment the owner sent me a message because he did not appreciate the first part of the evaluation.

Perfect location for exploring the city on foot (Diane’s Temple is only a few mins walk away from the apartment)+ fenced parking included

Extremely cramped for 4 people (apartment is approx 25m2 at best), only one person can eat in the kitchen (we had to take turns eating - one plastic, foldable chair available for sitting at the table), not enough cutlery for 4 ppl, very limited kitchen utencils. If someone is eating in the kitchen - that person has to stand up and move aside from the table so another person could enter the bathroom. And then, the toilette is around 1m away from the person who is eating in the kitchen and only a glass window with blinds (curtain) separating these two people.

1) La localisation dans une rue privative donc loin de la circulation 2) Stationnement dans un parking privé 3) Logement très confortable et bien équipé 4) Hôte très aimable

1) Le bruit extérieur : il ventait beaucoup pendant notre séjour, et cela s'est entendu la nuit. Peut-être qu'en remplaçant le simple vitrage par du double, cela résoudrait le problème mais ce n'est pas si gênant en temps normal 2) Pensez à ajouter du papier toilette, il n'y avait qu'un seul rouleau déjà entamé. Je suis certaine que l'hôte en aurait ajouté si on l'avait prévenu mais vu la durée du séjour, on n'en jugeait pas l'utilité

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Nimes (10/15' à pied) de la Maison Carrée. Très bien localisé aussi pour visiter les belles villes LUSSAN, UZES, Pont du Gard etc... Appatement doté de tout le confort pour un agréable séjour et extrêmement calme. Atout incontournable à Nimes: un parking facile d'accès et sécurisé

Très bien situé près du jardin de la Fontaine Logement agréable et moderne, bien aménagé, une place de parking Climatisation très appréciable sous 40 degrés Propriétaire très arrangeant, nous sommes partis un peu en retard après une soirée tardive

Climatisation uniquement dans le salon, il faut laisser la porte de la chambre ouverte

Ein kleines nett hergerichtetes Apartment mit fussläufig erreichbarer Altstadt. Für uns war alles da, was wir brauchten. Der Vermieter ist auch super nett und sehr bemüht, dass wir uns wohl gefühlt haben.

Wir hatten zu wenig Zeit, weil wir auf der Durchreise waren und unsere Anreise nach Nimes einfach viel zu lange gedauert hat.

Une excellente solution pour un couple qui veut visiter Nîmes et ses environs

Notre hôte était vraiment aimable, sympathique et serviable. Le gîte était parfaitement situé, dans une zone non piétonne mais à deux pas du magnifique Jardin de la Fontaine et très proche du centre historique. L'existence d'une place de parking était un avantage certain dans une ville où le stationnement n'est pas facile. L'établissement était confortable pour notre couple.

Je déconseille cet hébergement pour un groupe de plus de 2 personnes.

El parquing privado y amabilidad del anfitrión.

Excesivamente mucho frío, calefacción insuficiente, solo un aire en el comedor de muy poca potencia , que estuvo encendido en todo momento y no se notó . Falta de accesorios en cocina , no había gel para manos ni ducha.

Perfecte ubicació, a menys de 10 minuts caminant al centre. Aparcament gratuït. El propietari molt amable, amb molta iniciativa i molt bones recomanacions.

Feia molt de fred a l'apartament. L'aparell d'aire no te potència amb l'aire calent i no escalfa l'apartament i a l'hivern això és un gran inconvenient.

Emplacement proche du centre à pied ; calme ; tout est très propre et équipement complet ; petite table extérieure pour 2 très agréable

Tout est très bien c’est pourquoi la qualité des draps (ressenti pas en coton) pourrait être améliorée pour que le confort soit vraiment parfait d’autant que le matelas est très confortable
