Apartman 7

Fantastic view from the outdoor balcony, gorgeous views of the bay and sunsets. Unbeatable. It was quiet and peaceful. The stairs next to the apartment went straight down to the waterfront (105 steps!) to restaurants and a small market. Very convenient. There were excellent swimming locations within 5 to 10 minutes walk in both directions. There was adequate AC and a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and comfortable couches and chairs on the balcony, along with a sun awning. The manager, Vladimir, was responsive and helpful.

The apartment was somewhat difficult to locate. It is not on a street that you can drive to and we were not informed of that. You can drive to within about 50 feet of the apartment, but you have to walk down steps to access it. The street that is closest to the apartment is very narrow and has a dead end. I had to back out after driving down to drop off our luggage. Free public parking is available nearby, but there is no guarantee that a space will be available. It can be difficult finding parking, especially shaded parking. In order to navigate access to the apartment and reach the town, you need to be in reasonably good shape. No wheelchairs, no people with mobility challenges. Importantly, the apartment was much smaller than advertised on Booking.com. Booking.com indicated that the apartment was approximately 1000 ft.² and it was probably half that size. The description needs to be corrected. The apartment probably should have been designed as a one bedroom one bathroom. Carving out two bedrooms and two bathrooms in that small space made the layout very awkward. Both bedrooms were so small that you could not fully open the closet doors without hitting the bed. One bathroom was a decent size, but it opened onto the dining and living room rather than a bedroom. The other bathroom that opened into the two bedrooms was so tiny it was almost dysfunctional. A tall or large person could not use that shower. And that bathroom could only be accessed by walking into the other bedroom, so privacy was compromised. This might be a good apartment for a family, but I would not recommend it for two couples.

We loved the view from the balcony and enjoyed being sat out in the evening watching the sun go down. The apartment is well equipped with everything you’d need for great stay. The bowl of fruit, nuts and drinks in the fridge were a really nice touch, thank you.

Minden szuper volt. Az apartman nagyon modern és kényelmes. Tökéletes választás volt.

Az egyik szoba nagyon pici volt. De alvásra két személynek teljesen megfelelő. Az erkélyen a kihajtható árnyékoló nem működött rendesen, a kar nem volt jól rögzítve.
