Wspaniały obiekt-wystrój i klimat zaczyna się od właścicieli więc i ja zacznę od Nich-Pan właściciel oraz jego mama, która zarządza apartamentem są super pomocni i kontaktowi -czuliśmy się mega zaopiekowani pod każdym względem . Sam apartament położony rewelacyjnie , de facto w pierwszej/drugiej linii zabudowy tuż przy nabrzeżu. Widok z tarasu jak na foto-piękny. Sama apartament duży , b czysty, super wyposażony, a klimatyczne dodatki robią super wrażenie-czuć rękę Mamy. Blisko wszędzie , na nabrzeże, do sklepów , do restauracji, na plażę i do przystanku komunikacji gdy ktoś nie korzysta z auta-są połączenia z portem Sumartin.

Apartman je moderan i čist, ima lijep pogled na more. U blizini ima restorana, plaža je udaljena 10-tak minuta od apartmana.
