Magnífico piso en el centro

Emplacement top, proximité avec tout. Magnifique, logement climatisé et agréable, spacieux

The location is perfect for those who whant to be in the center of the city, inside the local events and atmosphere. Very close to restaurants, Rambla Nova, Cathedral and other places. Right in the hearth of the city, when you leave the building you are already on a terrace with paella. The apartment is very large, very well equiped especially in the kitchen, with two confortable coaches in the living room. Bonus 2 desks for remote workers, very usefull for people who want to use the laptop. Very good communication with hosts, very easy to find the place, but remember that it is a pedestrian street, without the possibility to drive the car in front of the building to load and unload the luggage.

The place is not so Magnifico, because of the old furniture and the smell around. Some of the rooms are not so big, Poor spaces for clothes, especialy for long stays. The noise from outside is not well stoped by the windows, but you know: you are in the hearth of the city, so all fiestas are also inside the apartment until 3-4 in the morning. If you like it, this is not a problem, but if you need silence to sleep, this place is not for you. Also, we had some ants in the kitchen, all the bread have to stay in the fridge because of this. Last: we recomend to the host to change the towels, they are old enough.

The property has everything you need, really cozy, the AC is a really good addition. You have everything you need to cook. The host is one of the best host I had, he responds quickly and we will try to make the best experience.Is in the center,near parking spots (i recomand the privat ones,they are like 10 euros/day).Is really near the beach (Miracle beach - 10 minutes on foot, but I recomand Arrabassada beach - 30 minutes on foot maximum)

Only one bathroom but is still a 10 :) the rest of the accommodation was so good that this thing wasn’t such a big problem

La ubicació es molt bona.

la terrassa (interior) es a un pati de llum ple de bruticia i coloms. Soroll pel matins del coloms. Hi habia, dins o fora, algun tipus de maquinaria que feia soroll.
