Well equipped kitchen, spacious living area. Plenty of storage. Easy access to town and Tattersalls via cycle path or cut through from Fordham Road. Host was extremely amenable and couldn’t do enough, providing flexible check in and check out. Baby cot and mattress was provided and assembled.
Bathroom was small and hot water was inadequate to have a hot bath. Property itself is furnished to a high standard but the area surrounding the property is less auspicious and feels slightly overlooked. Noise can be heard from the upstairs neighbours and there was a lingering smell of cat in the kitchen.

Accurate information from host and good communication. Easy enough walk to the town even for my 80 yr old mother
Garden grass over grown and black bin bag left by bushes. To enter flat have to walk over grass and no mat at the door to wipe shoes.
