Location is great. Perfect size & felt safe for my daughter & I to stay at alone.
Bed was too hard so I slept on the couch. Didn’t pull the bed out of the couch because there were sheets on it & I was unsure if they had been cleaned.

Short walk to the beach (couple blocks). Walking distance to several restaurants. Kitchen - with appliances and cookware so you can save money and make meals there. Water for shower stayed hot!
The floors needed to be mopped. And the bed’s weren’t the most comfortable. And you could tell either a past rental or past owner smoked in the home. It’s very faint but I could smell old cigarette smoke on the loft bed. It left the smell on the pillows we brought. But the floor was more of an issue for me. It turned our feet black and the towels used to step out of the shower turned black as well - that was gross.
