Beautifully designed, spotless apartment in a peaceful spot - with thoughtful, responsive hosts.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Apartments Jasna. The apartment was spotless and smelled amazing from the moment we walked in - clean, modern, and with such a calm, relaxing vibe. You can tell there’s a great sense of interior design; everything feels thoughtful and inviting. The space itself is generous and really comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen (including an induction stove, oven, and coffee machine) that made cooking super easy. The balcony was also a highlight - spacious and perfect for lounging. We’re usually very picky when it comes to mattresses, but we have to say: this might be one of the most comfortable ones we've ever slept on. There’s also plenty of drawer and cabinet space, which is a big plus if you’re staying for more than a few nights. And we loved the location! It’s less than a 10-minute walk to Val de Lesso Beach - Borik, which quickly became one of our favorite spots. We caught a gorgeous sunset there - though honestly, sunsets seem beautiful everywhere in Rovinj. The Old Town is just a short drive away, too, which made exploring super easy. This was our first time in Rovinj, and a huge part of why we enjoyed it so much was thanks to our amazing hosts. Tomislav and his wife were incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating. We felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend this place if you’re coming to Rovinj - we’d absolutely stay here again!

Izuzetan apartman, najčistiji u kojem sam ikada odsjela. Vlasnik ljubazan, nenametljiv i jako jednostavan check in i check out. Lokacija odlična kao i besplatan parking. Svakako preporučam.

Gyönyörű szoba! Hatalmas terasz! Tisztaság! Ingyenes parkoló az utcában. Nagyon kedves vendéglátás

Szúnyogtámadásban volt részünk az éjszaka folyamán. Egy mikró hiányzott nekünk egy kissé, de igazából nélküle is elboldogultunk.

Posizione strategica a pochi passi sia dalla spiaggia che da un piccolo market di zona. L'appartamento è molto pulito e ben pensato nei dettagli. Abbiamo ricaricato le batterie come meglio non potevamo sperare.

Alles wie in den Fotos, die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war super. Balkon sehr groß und angenehm. Dusche auch schön. Uns hat das ganze Apartment gefallen

Meraviglioso!!!

Posizione fantastica, vicinissimo alle spiagge di Borik, nel verde e nella tranquillità. Appartamento silenzioso, ben climatizzato, dotato delle attrezzature utili per cucinare. Ottima doccia. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Parcheggi buona disponibilità, qualche volta abbiamo un po' faticato a trovare.

Spazio parcheggi da rendere più agevoli. Non sarebbe male un po' più largo il tavolo dell'appartamento.

Sehr schönes Apartment in wunderbarer Lage. Sehr sauber.

Es war schwierig, mit dem Vermieter in Kontakt zu treten. Außer am Anreisetag war weder telefonisch noch persönlich jemand zu erreichen. Da aber im Wesentlichen alles gepasst hat (die nicht funktionierende Kaffeemaschine war kein großes Problem, da es auch löslichen Kaffee und einen Wasserkocher gab), war dieser Umstand nicht besonders schlimm; die Erreichbarkeit sollte aber verbessert werden. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe !

Sehr schöne, neu renovierte und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit überdachtem, nicht einsehbarem Balkon (inkl. Balkonmöbel). Alles, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt, war da. Handtücher wurden gestellt und nach 3-4 Tagen ausgetauscht. Schöner Strand ( Fels und Kies ) fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Unsere Wohnung im Dachgeschoss war sehr warm, da die Klimaanlage die Temperatur in den Wohnräumen nicht runterreguliert hat - das war das einzige Manko. Stellplätze ausreichend ums Haus in ruhiger Wohngegend. Kleiner Einkaufsladen um die Ecke mit allem, was man benötigt. FeWo durchaus auch für 4 Erwachsene geeignet.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht ausreichend runtergekühlt.
