L'accueil était vraiment super, tous le monde a eu des cadeaux en plus, t-shirt pour ma fille et mon mari, et moi un joli porte bonheur rouge qui est déjà dans mon salon. La communication par WhatsApp était vraiment un plus, agréable et gentil pour moi qui était en difficulté pour tout trouver dans l'appartement, un grand merci pour ce professionnalisme.
Pour récupérer les clés quand on est pas italien c'est difficile a trouver l'établissement, vraiment on a chercher. Heureusement qu'il y a eu des explications de dernières minutes.

Purtroppo era evidente in preparazione della struttura al nostro arrivo e poi ascensore un po' troppo pericolosa dato che si chiude subito e non c'è modo di aprirla
