Il gestore Luigi è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Ci siamo stati in inverno e la tranquillità del porto turistico di Manfredonia, in questo periodo, è proprio quello che cercavamo.
Camera molto accogliente e con tutti i comfort, anche biscotti, thè, tisane, caffè per il risveglio, oltre alla colazione da consumare nel bar di fronte.

Beautiful location. Cute little houseboat. Very clean & tidy.
Difficult to locate staff, meeting point and parking. Staff didn't speak English very well so instructions were difficult. Restaurants on the marina would not accept card payment, so dinner was not available the first night. No Wi-Fi.
