La localisation et le personnel de l’hôtel extrêmement accueillant dont notamment Joshua

Malheureusement la présence de Sargasses mais l’hôtel n’y peut rien

Fijne kamer: mooi en schoon. Heerlijk ontbijt (inclusief). Vriendelijk personeel. Fijn zwembad, in de vorm van een kleine cenote. ‘s Avonds laat konden we voorzichtig kijken hoe grote schildpadden het strand op kwamen om hun eieren te leggen: magisch. In de tijd dat wij er waren was het seizoen van sargassum (zeewier) op het strand. Dit werd dagelijks voor een groot deel weggehaald (in tegenstelling tot veel andere hotels).

Room was large, clean and we had plenty of space for 3 people. Filtered water was provided for drinking and toothbrushing. There was a pharmacy 3 mins away for anti-mosquito repellent and sunscreen needs and a convenience store across the way. Hotel was near (5-10 mins walk) to plenty of eateries and stores.

Facilities weren’t as well tended as expected, such as walkways, beach chairs…etc. Things were …OK.

When we arrived, the location was perfect, and the rooms were cool. The view was great, and the service was exceptional; everyone was very welcoming

1. The plumbing system changes involved harsh chemicals that irritated our eyes and potentially harmed our lungs while we slept. 2. The value for money is definitely not there, considering the infrastructure. AC was too loud. The bathroom water was saltwater, which is regular for hotels in that region. There is a clear lack of infrastructure, and it is puzzling why there is no effective filtration or osmosis system in place among these hotels, especially considering the revenue they generate.
