Garden in the city

I stayed here for 10 days, and it was perfect. There is a bedroom with 3 beds, a big bathroom and a small kitchen. Perfect for a couple or young family visiting Prague. The apartment is surrounded by a beautiful garden, which keeps it nice and cool during 30°C weather. Radek is a very lovely host. He's always ready to answer questions or help you out if you need it. The trams and metro are about a 5-10 minute walk away from the apartment, so it's very easy to reach any part of the city. There is also a Lidl (supermarket) around the corner (5 min walk) and a small shopping mall (Flora) 2 tram stops further. Even though there are a few busy roads in the neighbourhood, the apartment is on a very calm street and you don't hear traffic at all in the garden or apartment.

I have no complaints. But maybe a good heads-up for people who are a little bit squeamish about bugs. Because the apartment is surrounded by a garden, there is a chance little critters end up inside. So just keep the windows closed if you don't like that. It didn't bother me in any way.

This apartment was so cozy and peaceful, and the host is so kind and welcoming! He met me at the gate to show me around the apartment and even carried my luggage down the stairs for me. The apartment is the perfect size and is well-equipped. The kitchen even has heated floors, and there is a private garden and little porch right outside of the apartment. It’s a few minutes walk to the metro station which gets you into the main city center fairly quickly. Super convenient, and I would absolutely stay again!

The only improvements I would suggest are to put some kind of shelf in the shower (for guests to store shower items like soap), as well as a real curtain in the bathroom window. Even though it’s unlikely someone will be outside the apartment, an open window outside of a bathroom can make a woman in particular very uneasy. Again, the apartment is pretty well hidden, but I was still quite uncomfortable with the bathroom at night.
