Good pool . The pool area has the sun all day.

The pool would benefit a cover. As Lanzarote is windy

Great Villa, communication was excellent and they were able to accomodate our check in and check out times. Very quiet peaceful place.

Pool isnt heated.

The location is really nice, just a short walk from the sea. It's quiet but close enough to shops and restaurants. We love this area of Playa Blanca. Unfortunately, we went during a big storm and we couldn't enjoy the villa as much as we would have liked to. However, the pool is big enough and the outside is great with multiple places to sit and eat in the sun or shade. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. Best of all were the owners who were very attentive to make sure we were ok and we had everything we needed during the storm. They were checking on us regularly and went the extra mile to help us.

It would be good to have a little file with simple instructions to use the TV or the cooker, which were a bit tricky. My parents are a bit old and didn't know how to use it. A few things need a bit of maintenance attention, which we shared with the owner. If paying guests don't mention these things, the owners may not know. In general, the villa is good value for money.

Die Kommunikation per Mail mit Mercedes hat super geklappt. Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend.

Etwas Probleme machten die schlecht zu öffnenden Türen - vor allem die große Terrassentüre. Eine Poolabdeckung wäre wegen nächtlichem Wassertemperaturverlust und bei starkem Wind gegen Blätter, Staub etc. von Vorteil.
